CROOKS AND THIEVES POSING AS CHRISTIANS (Crooks and Thieves still on the loose at OKMBC and in Chattanooga)

Greetings Brethren,

Peace be unto you. We Psyche Z Publishing/FreedomJournal are involved in an on-going struggle for Freedom of Expression and our God-given right to Free Speech. We also declare our constitutional right to the 1st Amendment to the United States Constitution. But, many elements in this society seek to deny these rights. Sadly many of these people are in the Church.

For the record we continue to document all aspects of Censorship of our work and right to Freedom of Religion.

Are Church leaders above the law? Yes, just why do so many church leaders insist on exploiting widows and organizing clubs etc. to misappropriate money that does not belong to them. Why has the "Chattanooga Fellowship of Christian Educators" refused to return a $495 fee Ms. Catherine Patton Cothran paid to attend the National Baptist Congress last June 2006?

Ms. Catherine Patton Cothran became ill prior to the time the trip to the National Baptist Congress was held in Baltimore June 19-23. She paid her non-refundable pre-registration fee of $55 April 1, 2006. She then paid the fees for the trip May 26, 2006. She cancelled her plans to attend the Congress prior to the June 19th date. However Mr. Reuben Smith the Travel Coordinator "Chattanooga Fellowship of Christian Educators" refused to refund her money. For the record we called Mr. Smith and left several messages. He has never answered our calls nor responded to several messages we left on his telephone. We also called the Vice President Mr. James Moore on two occasions. We left word with his wife to inform him that we expected the fees to be returned. However we still did not hear from Mr. Smith. The second time we called we were able to talk directly with Mr. Moore. Again we pleaded with him to inform Mr. Smith that we wanted the money refunded and if he could not return the fees show in writing why. We still have not heard from Mr. Smith. Meanwhile he made several statements to Ms. Cothran about refunding the money. On one occasions he said he could not return the money. On another occasion he said he would refund some of the money but she would have to wait to June 2007.

For the record the officers for the "Chattanooga Fellowship of Christian Educators" (National Baptist Congress) are: President: Edward Fletcher Vice President: James Moore Travel Coordinator: Reuben Smith

From all indications Mr. Smith is in control of the money and the finances of the group. He alone seems to have the power and authority to withhold are return the fees. Mr. Smith eventually noted that they did not have the widow Cothran's money. He went on to note that they would be raising money for the June 2007 trip to the Congress. However let the record show that there is no accounting (record) of the money raised. Nor are any participating persons afforded any kind of financial report. Therefore all monies contributed etc. are not accounted for. But Mr. Reuben Smith as the Travel Coordinator is the person that controls all monies generated by the "Chattanooga Fellowship of Christian Educators" (National Baptist Congress) therefore he must have some knowledge of where the money goes. Where is the widow Cothran's money?

Meanwhile Mr. Smith is a member of Orchard Missionary Baptist Church where he is the President of the Brotherhood. However his Pastor the infamous Harold K. Lester when informed of this crime only noted that there was nothing he could do. Catherine Patton Cothran, the President of Psyche Z Publishing is a member of Orchard Knob Missionary Baptist Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The pastor at this church is Harold K. Lester. Minister Lester has a long history as a worldly minister. As an alleged malefactor his behavior is often in the realm of the maleficent. Therefore when Ms. Cothran has consulted him about various incidents of abuse by Church (male) members he has turned a deaf Devilish ear.

For the record Harold K. Lester and various members of the Church leadership at OKMB conspired to defraud and misappropriate some visual property Ms. Cothran acquired from a trip to the Holy Land. This incident was also reported to the National Baptist Convention. However the property was returned after two years (yes two years) but no written (as requested) or verbal response was made regarding why they kept her property for two years and refused to return it. The property was only returned after the legal advisor for Psyche Z Publishing intervened. But Minister Lester did ask Ms. Cothran to apologize for sending the church a letter regarding this crime and he also sought to harass her and remove her from several leadership and teaching positions.

Minister Virgil Caldwell Pastor of New Monumental Baptist Church (Woodmore Lane, Chattanooga, TN) who is the sponsoring church noted that the "Chattanooga Fellowship Christian Educators" was independent thus there was nothing that could be done. Sponsoring Church meaning that all that attend the National Baptist Congress sponsored by the group in question attend as delegates from his Church.

We question the responses from both of these Preachers. But the responses they made are typical of the ungodly attitude of most Preachers. Our investigative efforts over time as a journalist reveals that Chattanooga has a long history of clergy alliances with organized crime and payoffs from criminals, politicians etc. Therefore it is not unusual for them to cooperate with thieves because in many Preachers in Chattanooga are involved in on-going efforts to exploit widows and women in their various churches.

Therefore we question the authority of this group acting in an independent posture as the National Baptist Convention is the governing body along with the auxiliary the National Baptist Congress.

Dr. William J. Shaw is the National Baptist Convention President. Dr. F. B. Holmes Jr. is the Congress President and Dr. George W. Waddles is the Congress Dean. We hope to report this incident to these people and hopefully they will have the good sense to take the appropriate action. For the record all people involved are supposed to be Christians. Christians are supposed to have a basic spirit of honesty and willful disdain for the sins among thieves and crooks that systematically seek to exploit and take advantage of widows and women in the church.

Ms. Cothran has attended the National Baptist Congress for several years. For the record Ms. Cothran as the President of Psyche Z Publishing is also one of our Spiritual Advisors. Psyche Z Publishing/FreedomJournal has a writing and teaching Ministry. Therefore Ms. Cothran as she grows in the Truth of the Bible often seeks out educational opportunities to further her knowledge of scripture and be a greater asset to our Ministry. The following are examples of the questions and concerns we have sought to find answers to in the Bible. We also note that we have observed that there is an assortment of false teachings in the Church therefore we have made a commitment to find out what the Bible reveals about these questions and not what man erroneously claims God has said: 1. And the list goes on. Therefore we are very serious about Bible Study and of course any opportunity to learn more about the True Word of God. Let the record show that from our investigation most of the people that attend the National Baptist Congress do not attend for Bible Study. So what do they attend the Congress for? Does this lead us to some answers as to why Mr. Reuben Smith and his partners in crime have mis-appropriated (stolen) the widow Cothran's money?

His work is censored and banned by Black and White racists, Black Colleges and Universities, Black politicians, Civil Rights organizations, Black Preachers, Mainstream Bookstores, Black Bookstores, Media that includes radio, TV, mainstream newspapers and the Black press, First Amendment organizations like the ACLU and their supporters and a vast assortment of people and organizations on the right and left.

WE ALSO NOTE THAT MANY CULTURAL NATIONALISTS AND MIS-INFORMED, PREJUDICED AFRO-CENTRIC SCHOLARS ARE ALSO PART OF AN INTERNATIONAL CONSPIRACY TO CENSOR THE FREEDOMJOURNAL. THUS HATE-MONGERS AND ATHEISTS ARE AT THE TOP OF THE LIST OF THOSE THAT SEEK TO CENSOR AND BAN THE FREEDOMJOURNAL. LET IT BE WRITTEN THAT THE FREEDOMJOURNAL AND CARL PATTON WILL NEVER CEASE FROM PRAISING GOD. THOSE THAT OBJECT ARE LOST AND HELL BOUND. WE ALSO DECLARE THAT MANY ARE IGNORANT AND LOCKED ON STUPID. BECAUSE WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD ONE'S DATA BASE IS LIMITED AND SHALLOW.

On a further note we note that one cannot clearly understand the period of Slavery and the wretched Black Experience in American and throughout the Diaspora without an understanding of Christianity and the history of the Church.

For the record we are Censored and Banned throughout the world and in Cyberspace. Therefore it is not unusual for us to receive threats etc. We have also been removed from many Lists on the Internet. As of 2004 we have been banned from AOL. Therefore our Web Pages are no longer in cyberspace also our On-Line Journal is no longer up for review.

Meanwhile the record shows that those that have sought to object to our work in an aggressive manner have entered the ranks of Censors. Thus our report continues to expose those that are Charlatans in the Black community.

The idea of Free Expression and Free Speech is a part of the Divine Creation. However man even when he has laws that protects that right still seeks to abuse those he does not agree with. Remember Brethren we love the Black community even those that are dumb, stupid and blind.

It is for sure that the essence of Free Speech and Academic Freedom has been seldom seen by this writer. Meanwhile one of the greatest attacks on our right to Free Speech was when I was a student in the Political Science Department at Clark Atlanta University. I attended this infamous institution. (1980-1986)

Therefore Atlanta University (aka Clark Atlanta University) is part of the problem. Most likely there are many people at this institution that have worked long and hard for interests outside the Black community. For the record any College especially those that are predominantly Black that have so-called Black Studies Programs are controlled by non-academic institutions.

Meanwhile my experiences at Clark Atlanta University have revealed a denial of Academic Freedoms to Black scholars that are independent thinkers. Those that consent to intellectual irresponsibility are awarded jobs and degrees. However the righteous are willing to make the ultimate sacrifice for God and Truth
